Suggest Treatment For A Small Painful Itchy Lump On The Labia Majora

Hi there, I have a small white lump on the right side of my uvula which has been hanging around for a few months now. It gets agitated with an itch feeling, worse in mornings progresses through day. And then i end up with a cold. I have been using difflam gargle which does seem to help. But the lump just doesnt go away. Does this sound like something i may need anitibiotics for? Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Dean
