Suggest Treatment For A Swollen Lump On Inner Labia

Ive had problems witg my vagina these last couple weeks firstly it started with a uti I think so I went doctors and got antibiotics then after that I got a lump in my labi near the clitorus it was painful and difficult to work and tonigh all of a sudden the pain has gone but one lip has got extremely swollen still has the lump inside and theres been bleeding on the lip im quite worried about it
