Suggest Treatment For A Tear In The Rotator Cuff

I HAVE COMPLETE TEAR IN MY ROTATOR CUFF IN ADDITION TO TWO BAD TEARS IN TWO OTHERS. THIS CAUSES ARM AND SHOULDER PAIN. I HAVE BEEN REFERRED TO DR GRIFFITHS AT OTHOPEDICS NW IN YAKIMA, WA FOR POSSIBLE REVERSE SHOULDER REPLACEMENT. I HAVE SOME BUT NOT ALOT OF DAMAGE IN THE JOINT. WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ?
