Suggest Treatment For A Throat Discomfort Caused After Heavy Drinking
Hi I drank too much this weekend and got sick and threw up two nights ago. All day yesterday I had trouble swallowing and then took two ibuprofein and felt a little better..but still kept panicing about it..I worry about everything! I saw the nurse today and she said they werent very swollen anymore and just gave me cough drops. But I still have a constrictive feeling in my throat. I am also stressing about some other things. Do you think that is why it feel worse?
Your feelings of some swelling inside the throat will go in a few days, don't worry. Don't try to clear your throat when you feel something is stuck in your throat. Don't eat spicy, sour or oily food. Boiled food and salad is best for you. Take some multivitamins tablets. Avoid smoking and alcohol.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
