Suggest Treatment For A Tibial Tuberosity Avulsion Fracture

About 3 years ago I had met with an accident in which vehicle just fell down on my right knee joint then Dr. said me it was just a hair line fracture and I was treated for that broken knee joint.I found that my knee twists even though when I wear crape bandage while playing,or while coming downstairs,or while running etc. and at that very moment I am in very restless situation and it pains a lot,I can t say unbearable since I bears it but yeah sharp pain all i can say which persists for a couple of minutes. I met an orthopaedic specialist and get my MRI done which says AVULSION FRACTURE AT THE TIBIAL ATTACHMENT SITE OF ANTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT WITH APPROX. 9mm DISPLACEMENT OF FRACTURE FRAGEMENT.FRACTURE FRAGMENT IS ALSO SEEN INVOLVING THE ATTACHMENT SITE OF ANTERIOR HORN OF LATERAL MENISCUS. III DEFINED HYPERINTENSITY IS NOTED IN POSTERIOR HORN OF MEDICAL MENISCUS SUGGESTING DEGENERATIVE CHANGES/GRADE 1 TEAR. So, he directly suggested me to go for arthroscopic !But since it is a major surgery so I don t want to go for it unless and until it is the last choice available, being at a very young age i.e. 18 - this is what I feels .I want your suggestions for the same that for what I should go for? Waiting for your reply. ---Thanking you---

along with hairline fracture, there might be tendon tear or injury to muscular attachment. arthroscopic is a minor surgery. you can go for it. at any cost this requires surgical correction.
