Understanding your concern. As per your query you have abdominal and back pain . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like celiac disease , endometriosis , fibromyalgia , kidney stones , menstruation , ovarian cyst tumors or urinary tract infection (UTI) . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may recommend surgery . For now take over-the-counter gas-reducing medications, such as simethicone drops, digestive enzymes, ibuprofen or acetaminophen . Also ice pack for 10 minutes at a time can help to relieve back pain and discomfort.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon. Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
