General & Family Physician 's  Response
Short answer: Go to see your local doctor as soon as possible

Long answer:
It seems like you may be having a urinary infection, as you keep feeling the urge to pass but only a little comes. The other possibility is that you may be having an obstruction, like a stone or prostate enlargement (if you are a male). It is worrying that you are starting to feel unwell, as the infection may be progressing towards the kidney. It is made all the more urgent as you have only a single kidney. Please seek help at your local doctor's as soon as possible.

Hope you keep well.

Regards,
Dr. Teh
