Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Bloating And Tenderness In Breast

For the past few months I have been persistently bloated, getting full fast, breast heaviness/enlargement and sometimes tenderness. I originally tested for pregnancy and it came back negative both times. I even went to my gynecologist because I was convinced I was and he told me I am not pregnant because my uterus wasn t enlarged at all but didn t take a pregnancy test. My periods have been a little shorter than usual but are coming normal time. I am very confused and just looking for some anwsers please!

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, the breast fullness or tenderness can be during the menstrual cycle before onset of menstruation or hormonal imbalance, and may need a hormonal profile. Bloating can be entirely due to a gastric reason.

If the pregnancy test was normal repeat test may be asked. Ultrasound may also be done to rule out pregnancy after a week.
