Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Bloating

I am very active. I have a sensible diet and I went to the dr. For annoying bloating. I was sent for an ultrasound and the scan that showed a contracted gallbladder. 2 years ago a had an attack that doubled me over and it was thought to be kidney stones. I am waiting to see a surgeon but in the meantime I am going to cut out coffee dairy and processed foods. With a contracted gallbladder with stones...Is removal of the gallbladder always necessary?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to chronic gastritis or indigestion.

Still for further assessment you may require complete hemogram, ultrasound abdomen or upper GI endoscopy after gastroenterologist consultation.

Till then Avoid hot and spicy food. Keep yourself hydrated.

Don't lie down immediately after meal

You may take tablet pantoprazole and syp mucaine gel after physician consultation.

Take soft balanced diet

Hope I have answered your query...
Let me know if I can assist you further.
