Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramps After Meals

I need to know The human small intestine is normally about 3cm in diameter. if a person has Flosgen s syndrome their small intestine is about 6cm in diameter throughout its length. apart from that there is no difference in the length, structure of the wall, the arteries supplying and the veins draining the small intestine, but the doubled intestinal diameter and therefore the doubled circumference means that the surface area of the small intestine is also doubled. i need to know logically to argue why Flosgen syndrome is likely to cause, 1. abdominal cramping after meals . 2. vitamin deficiency and fat in a persons faeces . thank you
