Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramps And Clear White Discharge

Hi I've been getting abdominal cramps for 3 days my breasts are very tender too touch I'm feeling tired.. I was losing clear discharge yesterday now it's milky white I'm due my period next week.. All this happened since un protective sex 5 days ago also feel incredible moody please help I'm starting to worry

HI,
I understand your concern.
- Abdominal cramps with clear discharge through vagina indicates inflammation & infection of vagina.
-milky white discharge if accompanied by itching,burning in urine it is frank trichomonal infection of vagina ( it is sexually carried infection)& needs treatment of both sexual partners, I usually give Flucanozole pills, vaginal pessaries, ointment, with anti inflammatory pills like ibuprofen paracetamol combination.- to both partners.
- In case there is no itching- vaginal swab testing/ local examination by a gynecologist helps to recognize the causative organism -to be followed by specific treatment.
- The incredible moods represent stress due to infection/possibility of conception.
