Hi,

In case of abdominal discomfort & other symptoms you've, it's important to find rule out food poisoning, acid reflux disease etc.
* if diarrhea, - Cap. Racecadotril 100 mg
- Tab. Spasmindon or Cyclopam
- Tab. Ciprofloxacin +Tinidazole
* Diet: Avoid fatty foods, alcohol, chocolates, garlic, onion, coffee, spicy foods
* Sleep in left lateral position
* Take PPI (ormeprazole, pantoprazole or rabeprazole) with anti-emetic
