Hi, I have this stomach discomfort for about three days now. It feels like I want to vomit but nothing. I go to the bathroom ok. I burp okay, so It can t be acid. I took gravel today but still didn t go away. I feel full, and it becomes worst right after I ate. I don t know what s wrong with me but there s something uncomfortable with my stomach.
In case of abdominal discomfort & other symptoms you've, it's important to find rule out food poisoning, acid reflux disease etc. * if diarrhea, - Cap. Racecadotril 100 mg - Tab. Spasmindon or Cyclopam - Tab. Ciprofloxacin +Tinidazole * Diet: Avoid fatty foods,alcohol, chocolates, garlic, onion, coffee, spicy foods * Sleep in left lateral position * Take PPI (ormeprazole, pantoprazole or rabeprazole) with anti-emetic
