Abdominal discomfort is commonly due to
Acid reflux,
IBS,
Gastritis, Gastric or esophageal ulcer or some developing gastrointestinal disease.
You are suggested to have a thorough medical examination, get physically checked & get all investigations done to rule out any developing pathology.
Your treatment will depend upon the seriousness of the pathology detected.
In the meantime, take a small amount of whole grain, fruits, veggies & homemade food at frequent intervals of 5-6 times, take food that is easily digestible.
Maintain the time of taking your food to avoid acid reflux. Avoid eating at late nights. After meals, take time to relax for better digestion. You can take Enzymes (Syp Aristozyme) to aid digestion.
Avoid addictions (
nicotine, alcohol, etc) if any. Avoid spicy food.
