Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Black Stool

For several days I have experienced some abdominal pain. It was somewhat severe Thursday night, but I felt much better Friday. It is now returning. I just went to the bathroom and my stool was black, which I do not remember happening before. Perhaps this is just a flu or something similar, but am somewhat worried.

this may be due to upper GIT bleeding.
go for lab Stool DR and Stool Occult Blood
Treatment:
cap omeprazole 40mg before breakfast, daily
