Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Bloating

I have painful bloating like I have to have a BM and keep sitting to go and little will come out with a little gas but feels like there is much more but it won t evacuate. When I push I get hemorrhoids coming out and they will.bleed. what is wrong and what should I do?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if it is the confirmed hemorrhoids then it may requires surgery but it can be given try with conservative treatment like to reduce the constipation and for that drink more water, have fiber containing diet, Isabgol powder can be used for stool softening agent, sitz bath may also be helpful hope this information helps.
