Hello,

You may be suffering from functional bowel syndrome.

In which structural causes are not known but functioning defects will be there.

Example irritable bowel syndrome or splenic flexure syndrome or hepatic flexure syndrome etc.

Avoid stress, avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol. Eat green leafy vegetables, use tablet pantoprazole.

If symptoms not improved please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
