Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Nausea While Having Gastroparesis

I am a 45yo female with multiple digestive issues. I ve lost nearly 70lbs, with abdominal pain and nausea. I have Celiac, IBS, gastroparesis (sp?) and a hiatal hernia... all treated, but the symptoms continue. What could cause this? Forest X. Stone YYYY@YYYY

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Gastroparesis is the culprit for your continuous symptoms. Should keep close follow-ups with a gastroenterologist. Take probiotics. Avoid large meals, have frequent meals and small portions.

Increase water and fluids intake. Unfortunately, symptoms cannot get stopped but can get alleviated. That's why it's very important to keep regular follow ups with gastroenterologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
