General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thanks for putting up your query over here.
Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting without fever may point to gall bladder stones, gastritis or appendicitis(our possibilities would have narrowed down if you had mention site of pain, upper or lower abdomen).
If it is associated with fever,it may be because of viral hepatitis or enteric fever.
If I were your treating doctor,I would recommend,
-Advice tests liver function tests, widal test and USG abdo.
-Cap omeprazole with anti emetic domperidone once in morning.
-Avoid hot, spicy, fatty food.Avoid alcohol and caffeine.
-Drink plenty of water.Oral rehydration salt solution may be used.
-Further specific management depends upon the results of above tests. Antibiotics and gastric endoscopy may be necessary. You need to visit surgeon for it.
Hope this information helps.
Thanks.
