Hello doctor, I am pradhap I do 7,8 years of masterbating ,how it is stop now,and I have problems for tired and my bottom of penis very big size and vaccum is create, also bottom stomach is paining very much please help me and answer me, how to cure this

First just get a partner. Try to focus on work and everyday things in order to keep your mind busy not to think over masturbating. Get a urine analysis to rule out urinary tract infection.
