Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Pressure Sensation In Chest

Hi. I have heart pounding when i lay down, sometimes abdominal pain which can be either a lot of gas or liver pain. When my heart beating fast, i feel kind of pressure in the middle of my chest. Sometimes I feel very tired like want to sleep during a day, and sometimes i feel lightheaded. My x-rays shows nothing but they told me that the EKG shows heart excitation . Im 33 years old. Do I need to worry?

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello,

By your history and description, the possibility of GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) is more likely. So take pantoprazole and levosulpiride combination on empty stomach twice daily. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food.

Quit smoking and alcohol if you have these habits. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Kaushal Bhavsar, Pulmonologist
