Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Throbbing Sensation In The Head
Hi, my 10 year old has a throbbing heading and sharp stomachache and has been throwing up every few hours (about 3-4 times a day). This has been constant since Wednesday. I didn t take him to the doctor because he had something similar happen in September and the dr. said it was a virus, which we just ended up waiting out. Do you think this time it could be an abdominal migraine? Thank you. You can reach me at YYYY@YYYY .
As per your history is concerned first ruled out any common infection so do a full blood count with differential and do a paracheck for malaria.Next check his stool for any parasitic infection and urine for any infection and finaly do an abdominal ultrasound exam to ruled out gall bladder stones.(thanks)
