Hi,

As the right cyst symptoms are severe with pain, bleeding, it is not recommended to try conservative treatment with NSAID and oral contraceptives. Surgery is the treatment of choice by removing all 2 cysts despite your left cyst is small. If the cysts will be solid or semisolid then a CA 125 test is needed. Oral contraceptives should be given after the surgery, to prevent further cyst formations. Yes, it may happen rupture of cysts but you cant wait this.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Julinda Maksuti, General Surgeon
