Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain Ispite Of Taking Medicines

due to abdonimal pain i was advised ct scan and the ct findings are:
mild free fluid in perihepatic, inter bowel region and pelvis
a few subcentimeter and enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in small bowel mesentery and right iliac fossa
I was advised to take ceftum 500 mg twice a day.
now its almost 5 days still there is no change in pain
can you advise what to do

I really appreciate your concern, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicines
1) Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen three times in day
2) Tab Ciprofloxacin 500 mg three times in day
3) Tab Chlorodiazepoxide three times in day
if this fails to response then other differential diagnosis need to be considered hope this information helps you, have good day.
