Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain, Itching And Bloating

good day doctor i went to a gyno and when he checked me, on my left ovaary said something like i bleeded inside the ovary, he gave treatement and i follow up the treatement for a month and he checked me again and was getting better and few amount of blood was still inside, and he said i must come back when neccessary because it looks like im getting better. and now the pain, itching and bloating has started again. what advice will you give to cure this permanantly
