Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain, Loss Of Appetite And Headaches

17 year old daughter with stomach pain, loss of appetite, weight loss, no energy, tiredness but can t sleep, headaches, haven t ate much, and vomiting. 3 doctors visits, 1 hospital visit, and not getting better. This is been going on for 2 weeks now. Thought it was the summer flu. had bloodwork done, only thing came up was anemic, full abdominal ultra sound everything looked good. Blood work didn t include Lyme test.

In teenagers, hormonal imbalance can causes similar kind of systemic symptoms.
So consult gynecologist and get done hormone levels.
Of she is found to have hormonal imbalance then hormone pills should be started.
Once her hormones are normalize, she will be alright.
If hormones are normal then possibility of stress and anxiety related symptoms is more likely in teens.
So consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in her life and start working on its solution.
She may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, she will be alright with all these.
