Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Dizziness

Hello I have been sick with cold symptoms over 3 weeks now
Was feeling nauseous this morning
Having little scratchie throat
Stomach ache
Feeling like vomit
Weak and Dizzy
I got sick on July 25
Started with ATB on July 27
I had green mucus
Coughing day and night
My cough stoped just last week
But still here and there will cough
Every morning I am congested..spitting out clear mucus
I was on amoxicillin for 10 days 500mg x2
Musinex
Robitusin
And still feel lousy

Do you have any advice for me what I need to do to get better?
I am avoiding to see doctor because I have no insurance
And each visit cost me $ 125

Welcome to health care magic.

Abdominal pain,nausea and dizziness can be because of upper respiratory tract infection itself or as side effect of amoxicillin.

You have got bacterial infection of respiratory tract and you need an antibiotic course.
You can have antacids or PPIs like omeprazole once a day in morning along with antibiotics and take antibiotics after your meals.Avoid taking them on empty stomach.
Dose of amoxycillin is thrice a day and not twice a day.
Infection needs to be cured by antibiotics like augmentin /erythro/doxycycline for 5-7 days.(prescription drug)

If cough persists for more than 2 weeks,get your Xray chest and sputum examination done.
