General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Abdominal pain could be due to ongoing PCOD, pelvic inflammatory disorder, endometriosis, adenomyosis. PCOD cause hormonal imbalance and ovarian dysfunction that cause abdominal pain. I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo clinical examination, USG scan, ovarian follicle study to rule out cause.

Following treatment will useful:

For PCOS: krimson 35, metformin and clomiphene citrate to maintain fertility.

Other treatment will depend on specific cause. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
