Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain

help with abdominal pain
I've been having a weird abdominal pain for the last week that has me worried. It's been getting better and worst, but now it feels bad. It's 4am as I write this.

Over the past week the pain has been generalized around my lower abdomen. The sides of my abdomen have hurt and towards the front has hurt. Also it occasionally has hurt deeper in my abdomen. Right now I am feeling pain deeper in my abdomen. It's like a dull achy pain but it is also spreading to my rear near to my groin. Also, I was coughing not too long ago and I felt that it made my deeper abdominal pain feel weirder.

I don't know what sets this off but It's mostly constant. It seems that I only feel pain-free as soon as I wake up. Once I get up out of bed the pain slowly starts coming in. Then at night is when it's usually at It's worst.

Bowel movement doesn't help. I've tried taking something called Maasanti which has antacid and antigas and it doesnt help very much. Lying down helps.

Please give me some guidance with this. I'm just more worried because its been going on for a week and right now its feeling really weird. It's like a full feeling, almost like there's something in there pushing inside me.

HI. These are symptoms are suggestive of an intestinal infection. Get a clinical examination by a Doctor and undergo blood tests including that of typhoid, stool and urine tests.
You need a good course of an antibiotic and supportive medicines and continue whichever will be directed by your Doctor ( you may need a prescription)
