Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain,nausea And Reactive Hepatitis A

Hi ,I am 35 years old , 5'6" height and 142 lbs. my ultrasound showed some these results:
The tail of the pancreas is gassed out. However the body and head of appeared normal. The aorta is normal, 2.1 cm. the Liver echogenecity is normal, however there is increased size of the liver consistent with hepatomegaly, 18.1 cm
The Gallblader and commmon bile duct are normal 3.3 mm. The kidneys and the spleen are normal
Suspicious for Hepatomegaly
Blood test showed that LDL, CHOL is 112 h mg/ dl
Hepatitis A virus AB, total : reactive
Hep B core AB : 0.49
Hep C antibody : non reactive
Please advice, my doctor said everything is ok but I am in pain and having nausea most of the time. I am suffering from extreme fatigue. My tempreture is 96 . By the way , I never drank alchool or smoked before. I eat healthy food and avoid fatty food...Please advise I am in pain and don't know what to do ..

most of the test you have done seem to be normal.

did you check Liver enzymes (AST, ALT)?
the test is known as Liver Function test.
if not, get it done and visit treating physician.

meanwhile:
advice:
abstinence from "Alcohol and drugs"
- LOW fat diet should be followed
- NO red meat
- vegetables should be ingested daily
- Moreover, less activity should be carried out (no sports).
- use lemon juice (lemonade) once in a day
- walk 30 to 40 minutes everyday.
- or swimming is alternative to walking
- NO sports and NO jogging
