Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Periods And Stinging During Urination After Missing Birth Control

Hi, I am currently on the pill but I forgot to take it for 3 days and then had unprotected sex whilst I was catching my pill up, my period has now come but I usually get it on Monday and it s now Wednesday and I got it today, the colour switches between being brown and then being a normal red colour but it s very light, a little heavier them just spotting but it s not how it would normally be and when I go to the toilet to pee, it tends to sting. Am I able to get some help to see what s going on?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if you are on some hormone medicine taking it for contraceptive purpose then such irregular menses is very likely and it happens due to change in physiological hormone level, hope this information helps.
