Hi

Under treatment of hypothyroidism can also cause delayed periods or irregular periods.Kindly check if your T3 T4 and TSH levels are under the normal range and if any changes to thyroxine levels are needed.Abdominal ultrasound to rule out uterine diseases is also recommended.Sudden increase in physical activity, severe dieting and extreme stress can also cause delayed periods.

Hope that was helpful.Let me know if i can assist you further.

Regards
