Can you please suggest me what is the first aid I should tell her to do. I have told her to drink milk and cool water. Please help me out as she will be able to go to the ER only after few hours

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If it contains 3% hydrogen peroxide and she is still conscious, then no need to worry.

As per your doctor advised, milk ingestion is good and also avoids inducing vomiting. There is no antidote for it, so management is conservative. Just take her to the fresh environment, and remove contaminated clothes.

As soon as the emergency service available, give her respiratory support in form of positive pressure ventilation, and cardiovascular support.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
