Suggest Treatment For Aches In The Joints And Abdominal Pain

I received the hepatitis A and B combination vaccine Friday around 1 pm eastern time. Most of Saturday I have been feeling very tired with absolutely no appetite. Normally nothing affects my appetite. That night and all day Sunday I progressively have felt worse and last night I have been tossing and turning feeling aches in my joints and stomach upset to the point that I could not sleep and finally got of bed about half an hour ago. Are these normal side effects of taking the vaccine? How long will it last?
