General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Fall can cause lots of internal injuries that need to be looked for in such ways:
Clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon.
CT scan of the abdomen can tell in details about any inner injuries.
Upper GI Endoscopy to see for esophagus, stomach and duodenum as to why she can not take much of food.
Tests of stool, particularly for occult blood.
Tess of blood and urine.
All these will help to get a proper diagnosis so that proper management can be done.
Till then give her the following:
A PPI like Omeprazole.
Domperidone if there are nausea or reflux.
Antacids.
Antispasmodics for pain in abdomen.
Plenty of oral fluids to avoid dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
