General & Family Physician, Dr. H S Tak's Response
Hello, as your daughter have acid reflux, esophagus spasm along with extreme pain in back also, it means she is having Acid Peptic Disease or Peptic Ulcer disease, in this respect my suggestion is to treat accordingly, such as Diet- Less spicy, fried food restriction and regular food habits along with medicines like antacides ( Omeprazole+Dompridon) Daily, alprazolam 0.25mg at night before bed, antispasmodic and analgesic when ever needed with course of Tinidazole 300mg twice daily for 5 days and this treatment should be continued for more than a fortnight (15days). If above treatment do not respond than surgical interference (Vagotomy) required. Hope your daughter's problem will be solved by my this suggestion. Good luck and take care.
