Suggest Treatment For Acidity And Vomiting Up Of Blood

hello sir, my name is nitesh. last ten years i have aproblem, sometimes when i vomet littel blood comes out with water. but there is no pain and now i am going through cough and cold. my esr test is 48. should i worry or not. i am also suffering from hyperacidity. my weight is more than 8o kg. my hb 100% and tc dc is normal

Thank you for posting in HCM.
Vomiting blood, the problem you are having for past 10 years needs proper evaluation. It could be due to hyperacidity problem what you are facing, which could lead to gastric mucosa erosion and bleeding. But since ESR is 48, proper investigation is necessary.
Kindly get an Upper GI Endoscopy done with Urease test and Gastric mucosal biopsy.
Kindly visit Physician with the report, which would help them to institute proper treatment.
