Hi I am Ranbeer..I have too acne and pimple and scares in my face...at first i was use himalaya face wash,i think it works but didn t..i am too worry..i also use erytop gel for 30 days..it works at first time and then my face was clean and soft..now my face become look ugly..plzzz help me doctor...

Hi,

You need to have a detailed and regular dermatologist review for acne and pimples. You may need to use topical antibiotics like Doxycycline or oral alternative as well as keeping good care of oral hygiene. Face washes with less caustic effects may be helpful. Using unvalidated products may be avoided specially with skin lesions at face.
