Topical benzoyl peroxide having both antibacterial as well as keriolytic property ...so can be used... But it can cause irritation and bleaching.... If lesion severe and not respond from above drug isotretinoin like drug can be prescribed.... If needed oral doxycyclin can be added Black scar can t removed by drug..
