Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic
I think you have a sensitive skin.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest that you use a gel based sunscreen, that which offers both UV A and UV B protection, throughout the day.
Once daily azaleic acid gel or adapalene gel can be used at night, at the start of therapy along with topical clindamycin gel or
benzoyl peroxide gel, over active acne during the day. Since you are already uning adapalene gel (adalene gel), therefore you may either continue with that or change to azaleic acid gel. Azaleic acid works for both acne and pigmentation.
Instead of AHAGlow face wash, you may begin with a gentle cleanser e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion.
Other skin lightening ingredients that are effective for
post acne hyperpigmentation are kojic acid,
glycolic acid,
hydroquinone etc
I would advice that you see a
dermatologist. Your dermatologist might also choose to prescribe an oral antibiotic for inflammatory acne e.g either doxycycline or Azithromycin for 4-12 weeks.
