Suggest Treatment For Acne And Scars On The Face
Hi..I have a terrible problem with my skin..I have lot of acne and scars on my skin..I tried lot of medication but didn t work..sometimes my skin becomes rough dry..and when I go outside it becomes oily and dullness..it happens sometimes that my acne are gone but sometimes it pops out so much with yellow pulp..right now I am using persol 5..let me know if there are some remedies.

Understanding your concern. As per your query acne and scars on the face along with yellowish fluid discharge is severest form of acne which is known as cystic acne. Acne occur when a pore in your skin gets clogged, usually with dead skin cells causing the area to become red and swollen.Another possible cause for acne is the hormonal change during puberty , androgen hormones stimulate more sebum to be produced and a greater amount of skin cells to proliferate.Exfoliate gently once or twice a day with a salicylic acid-based exfoliant. You can take oral tablet as well, best drug for resistant acne is isotretinoin. Apply benzoyl peroxide cream or gel for killing the bacteria in the pore .Wash your face using a mild soap or cleanser and lukewarm water .If condition doesn't improve in a week then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis .Doctor may prescribe oral antibiotics like clindamycin , Isotretinoin or Hormone Therapy. You can take sittings of chemical peeling, micro-abrasion as well.
