Suggest Treatment For Acne As Well As Clear Face
Hello Sir, I am 28 year old male.. and having acne problem for last 14 years... i have tried many things from ayurvedic , homeopathic to alopathic solutions.. but havn t found any final cure.. as per my knowledge it should be stopped after 24-25 years of age.. i have consulted a dermatologist 2 years back and his medicine has worked .. but i felt side effects.. and because of dengue fever i had to stop the medicines. Can you give me some advice for type of permanent cure for acne as well as clear face.

Thank you for query.Acne depend on hormonal effects, sebaceous gland secretion etc.It gradually reduces with age usually in both severity and appearance.So only good control can be achieved by regular face wash with cleanser,topical keratolytics like retinoic acid creams and antibiotics like clindamycin, if necessary oral antibiotics.treat if any dandruff with ketoconazole shampoos.Grading of acne is important for management.Consult dermatologist for management .else get back to us directly.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist
