Understanding your concern. As per your query acne and red spots on the chest which occurs because of clogged pore of sebaceous gland and accumulation of sebum in them. I would suggest you to start with Isotretinoin as that is the drug of choice. Apply betnovate on acne twice a day for 2-3 days. You should start with oral antibiotics such as Azithrmycin 500 mg. Drink plenty of water and maintain hygiene of area. If condition doesn't start getting better in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment. Doctor may prescribe oral antibiotic course clindamycin or isoteritenoin.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
