Suggest Treatment For Acne On The Face
Hi, this is Amrapali. My age is 22. From some months i was facing a little bit pimples on my face. thats why i took doctor help and started skin treatment. after starting skin treatment my face is becoming too much dry, looking dull and become so black. even i feel red lashes on face, itching & burning sensation after skin treatment. But somewhat my pimples are gone bt still i am so much confused. can you please let me know that is this skin treatment effective or not.

This is due to side effects. Medicines used for treatment of acne usually cause skin dryness, redness and itching. But this is not permanent. After stopping anti – acne treatment, your skin dryness will resolve. But it will take some time.
Advice
1. Apply Evion or Elovera cream at bed time daily for 1 month
2. Use oil-based face wash for washing your face and avoid excess use of soap
3. Do not rub or scratch your skin as it will cause redness and skin damage
