hi, my age is 25 I cant get rid of little tiny spots or acne all over the face and its about for last two or three years , I was use to had real junk diet so I admit I ruined it at all but now if I am taking minimum amount of oil or spice as in regular cooking such as I ate fried fish after so many days and had this acne again al over my face .. I am taking Silliver tab and Esso 20 tab regularly for a month now as I had infection in my liver n stomch also but I dont see any good results its like when I dont eat I am fine but if a break a lilttle rule I just hung up. pls recommend me something or guide me on that ,also dr sugguested me to have an alergic injection first then we diagnosed my liver problm so he just avoid it. pls tell me should I take allergic injection or tablets ? or something else thankyou.
