General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi Mariam,

Are you married?
Do you sleep late night?
Do you have your menses regularly?

Acne problem can be due to hormonal imbalances in the body,
improper hygiene which leads to blockade of facial skin pores,
oily scalp and face,
dandruff.

So,i would like to suggest you to use a mild face-wash twice or thrice daily along with the use of a good face cleanser lotion,
get rid of your dandruff if you have any,
and a proper sleep of at least 7 hours duration(10 p.m -6a.m preferably).

If these do not work, you can use
clindamycin cream along with
azithromycin and
Isotretinoin tablets(Provided your LFT and Lipid profile tests are within the normal limit).

You can also consult with a dermatologist if required.

Take care, and try to avoid stress as far as possible.
