I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Femcinol A contain Clindamycin and Niaconamide and is an efficient preparation for treatment Acne..
You can start washing your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash, apply Femcinol A gel along with Benzoyl Peroxide gel over pimples..
You can also apply Retinoid preparation like Adapelene gel..
Do cool compresses over pimples..
Kojic Acid and Vitamin E preparations can help in reducing dark spots..
In case of no improvement in a month consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you Oral intake y antibiotics like Doxycycline or Minocycline, Retinoids like Isotretinoin and treatment like Fractional CO2 lazer, chemical peeling and Microdermabrasion..
