Suggest Treatment For Acne

All of my pimples leave red marks. I have mediocre acne and break out once a month, but the red acne marks are always there. Currently I m using saslic acid facewash with glyco a cream and kojivit get. Is there something I can do to make them fade faster? It usually takes a few months before my marks lighten.

To prevent recurrent acne, you should follow these lifestyle modifications.
1. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
2. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
3. Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Avoid oily and spicy food.
4. Avoid dust and pollution. Wash your face immediately after coming home.
5. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours.
