Hi,

You seem to have acne vulgaris from long time exacerbated by bleaching. Acne is a multifactorial disease precipitated by variety of factors. Cosmetics can also precipitate . It may be called cosmetic acne. Be aware not to do anything on face. And be calm and cool. Anxiety is also big factor. Avoid oily and milky food which increase oiliness on face ultimately stimulate acne. Minocycline cap 50 mg in the morning daily for few months might improve the condition. Isotretinoin cap 10 mg may be taken at night till you feel side effects like chelitis or you marry. Adapalene gel with clindamycine gel may be applied at night till good result. Acmed face wash may be used. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
