Suggest Treatment For Acute Abdominal Pain

Hello Dr. Narasi, Recent trip to the emergency room ffor acute abdominal pain tender to the touch and worse with activity. Result of CAT scan revealed Rectus Sheeth tear Hemotoma. Also my recent physical (day before visit to ER, ironically) blood work indicated Alanine Transaminase reading of 87. I have a follow up appointment with a surgeon tomorrow, and wonder if the high Alanine number has anything to do with the Rectus sheeth tear, and what are the chances it will resolve without surgery? A ny

Here the important is your rectum surgical condition and not the value of ALT because this this northing to do with this, and may be insignificant, with hand of skill surgeon this would come around, and no need to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
