Hello Dr. Narasi, Recent trip to the emergency room ffor acute abdominal pain tender to the touch and worse with activity. Result of CAT scan revealed Rectus Sheeth tear Hemotoma. Also my recent physical (day before visit to ER, ironically) blood work indicated Alanine Transaminase reading of 87. I have a follow up appointment with a surgeon tomorrow, and wonder if the high Alanine number has anything to do with the Rectus sheeth tear, and what are the chances it will resolve without surgery? A ny
