Suggest Treatment For Acute Gastric Pain

I have been dealing with very acute gastric pain (Severe Heartburn)...Being sick....not being able to hold food down...I have had several tests including upper GI, Scope ultra sound and CT....Including my last BT these are the things being looked at from each test...perigastric varices, Low WBC count, Mild focal prominence of the proximal celiac artery, which could reflects poststenotic dilatation?????
